Learn to fly and or base in contact Improvisation. Advance lifts will be taught. However, several pre-stages to each lift will also be taught and there is no expectation that students need to arrive at doing the lift if they are not ready. Alo’s people can choose to practice either basing base or fly or decide to do both roles. Application and integration into jamming will be explored with the hope that the material learned can show up in improvised dance! You must be an intermediate level dance who is starting tp be comfortable being upside down. Class learning will be supported by tutorial video that will be available ot the students.
